Under the instruction and guidance of his father and current manager of Wakita & Associates, Shun began his career in real estate during his early high school years. As a Real Estate Assistant, he became trained in the fundamentals of research, marketing, and investments and now uses this strong early training in his role as the managing broker at HomeTeam Property Management and as the Manager of Operations for Wakita & Associates. He also holds a broker’s license and acts as partner in a local San Diego real estate investment company to extend the reach and expertise of Wakita & Associates.
Combining his firm understanding of the real estate investment climate, rental markets, and investment properties with current information and technology, Shun constantly strives to help Wakita & Associates provide exemplary service in today’s ever-changing market.
